New Aerius Hulls

Long Haul Folding Kayaks has become the premier manufacturer of new Aerius hulls and supplier of replacement accessories for Aerius boats. Our replacement hulls are of higher quality and lower cost. We utilize Sunbrella/Seamark fabric for the decks which is an acrylic fabric with a vinyl coating on one side. Our hull rubber is CSM (Hypalon) rubber with a 1,000 denier polyester fabric. These materials are proven to be the best for folding boat hulls. We are proud to help Aerius owners extend the life of their investments. 

All replacement hulls come with a new rudder bracket and air sponsons.

Available hull rubber colors: black, dark grey, and light grey

Available deck colors: forest green tweed, blue tweed, burgundy tweed, charcoal grey tweed, charcoal grey, cadet grey, and black.

Below is a description of the standard components of the replacement hulls which customers can order from Long Haul. Hulls can be further customized.

Aerius I Classic (15 ft long): 8" keel strip along keel, bow and stern grab handles, four bow deck D-rings, four stern deck D-rings with shock cord, two rudder lift-line D-rings, and 2 D-rings forward cockpit

Aerius I Expedition (15 ft long): 8" keel strip along keel, two 2" keel strips along rods, life-line, bow and stern grab handles, two paddle tie-downs

Aerius II Classic (17 ft long): bow and stern grab handles, four D-rings on bow deck, four D-rings on stern deck with shock cord, four rudder lift-line D-rings, two D-rings forward cockpit

Aerius II Expedition (17 ft long): 10" keel strip along keel, two 2" keel strips along rods, life-line, bow and stern grab handles, four paddle tie-downs

Aerius II Quattro: Same items as Expedition with addition of second set of air sponsons

Aerius II Commando: Same items as Quattro with addition of double-layer fabric deck on bow and stern, stroke guards, twelve heavy tie-down points on bow and stern decks
